Pension Credit: are you eligible?

At Boroughbridge Community Charity, we are particularly keen to promote awareness of the Pension Credit benefit scheme. Pension Credit is extra money from the Government to top up pension income. But it also acts as a passport to other entitlements such as Cold Weather Payments, Council Tax reductions and help with health costs. To claim Pension Credit, you must be over state pension age and be on a low income. You can check if you qualify at https://www.gov.uk/pension-credit/eligibility or by calling the Pension Credit claim line on 0800 991234.
